St. Cloud Police investigating a suspicious activity complaint arrested two 23-year-old men on multiple charges this weekend after linking them to car break-ins in the area.

Officers called to the 800 block of 6th Avenue North in St. Cloud Friday night found Two Harbors resident Matthew John Hilton, and Knife River resident Anthony Kilgore had been breaking into and causing damage to cars in the area, according to police. 

Kilgore and Hilton were charged with felony property damage, gross misdemeanor possession of stolen property, and tampering with motor vehicles.  Both men were taken to Stearns County Jail.
