St. Cloud Police are looking for the person who attacked a man with a knife in an alleyway near St. Cloud State. It happened just after 2:00 Saturday morning on the 700 block of 5th Avenue South. Police say they found a 22-year-old man from Savage bleeding profusely from his left arm. After investigating, police learned the victim was hanging out with his friends listening to a woman sing when he was attacked by an unknown man. Police say the suspect pulled out a knife and slashed the victim on his left forearm causing a severe but non life-threatening laceration. The man was taken to the hospital for treatment of the injury.

The suspect is described as a white man with a shaved head between 5’7" and 5’9" and weighing between 160 and 180 lbs. He was wearing a black shirt and khaki pants at the time of the incident. He was last seen without his shirt and wearing only one shoe. Anyone with information is asked to call St. Cloud Police at (320) 251-1200.
