Archived: St. Cloud Regional Human Rights Office Opens Monday
Monday marks the opening of the St. Cloud Regional Human Rights Office, the only office of its kind in the area. The office is located in St. Cloud’s City Hall, and will be run by the Minnesota Department of Human Rights.
J. Richard Cousin has been named the enforcement officer. Cousin works at the Work Force Center in St. Cloud and has been a federal police officer for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
The regional office will take complaints, pre-investigate dispute resolution and forward complaints to the state office staff when necessary.
