St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis is announcing the 2010 Reflection of the Year Award will be presented to the Optimists Club. The award will be officially presented to them at the St. Cloud City Council meeting on Monday at 6 p.m. Both the St. Cloud Optimist Club and the St. Cloud Noon Optimist Club have been actively involved in sponsoring numerous city and community events highlighting area youth. The Optimists have supported events this year through funding things like Granite City Days, the Skate Park Plaza and American legion baseball. The Optimists also contribute to various school and athletic programs.
