St. Cloud State University is set to kick-off a big homecoming year, in fact, 150 years of celebrating homecoming festivities on campus.

Starting Wednesday through Sunday, the university is hosting several events where students, alumni and friends can celebrate the exciting weekend.

On Wednesday there will be a homecoming kick-off-event on the Atwood Mall and bonfire in the Q-Lot, south of the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center. On Saturday, there is a 5k run starting near the Hockey Center, the Huskies Fan Fest which will take place outside Husky Stadium prior to the game.

The Women’s Hockey team takes on the University of Regina at 2 p.m. and the football team will face-off against Northern State at 5 p.m.
