St. Cloud State University Recieves $1.5 Million for New Program

St. Cloud State’s President Robbyn Wacker and CentraCare President and Chief Executive Officer Kenneth Holmen made an important announcement inside renovated Eastman Hall on Wednesday.

St. Cloud State University has received a $1.5 million commitment from CentraCare Health to help establish a Graduate Nursing Education program and the Center for Health Outcomes and Policy Research at the university.

Holmen says, “CentraCare’s support aligns with our strategic vision to continue to serve the health needs of our communities.”

The partnership will advance the preparation of registered nurses across the region and the Graduate Nursing program will have an increase in their access to high-quality healthcare.

Wacker says, “St. Cloud State University is excited and honored to partner with CentraCare and is grateful for its support”.

Eastman Hall is the home for the new Center for Health and Wellness Innovation.
