St. Cloud State University To Honor Survivors And Victims Of Christchurch Mosque Shootings

St. Cloud State University is planning to honor the survivors and victims of the mosque shootings in Christchurch.

A university spokeswoman says everyone is welcome to attend the gathering. University student groups, community leaders, and campus administrators will be attending the event.

On March 15, a terrorist shot and killed 50 people at the Al Noor and Linwood mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, including 4-year-old Mucaad Ibrahim. Ibrahim was described as a “toddler with an old soul.”

The gathering will take place at the Atwood Mall on Friday, March 22 at noon. You can also stop by the Atwood kiosk from 11-5 to write a postcard that will be added to a care package for the Christchurch community.
