The Social Work Club and the School of Health and Human Services at St. Cloud State hosted a silent auction to benefit Project Connect in the Atwood Memorial Center on Wednesday.

All proceeds from the silent auction will benefit attendees at Project Connect and others who are experiencing or at risk for homelessness in the St. Cloud area.

The Project Connect event will take place on October 29^th at the River’s Edge Convention Center.  During this event, people who are dealing with poverty and/or homelessness can receive the necessary treatment, thanks to donations and fundraising from groups like the Social Work Club.

Over $25,000 was donated during last year’s silent auction.
