A St. Cloud woman was issued her seventh alcohol-related driving offense over the weekend. It happened at around 4:30 pm Saturday on the 800 block of Kilian Boulevard Southeast. Police say they stopped 46-year-old Robin Ritsche and arrested her on charges of felony DWI. Ritsche was brought to the Sherburne County Jail where she was held for court.
