A St. Joseph man is suspected of driving drunk and rolling his car.

The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office says that 26-year-old Kyle Viehauser, of St. Joseph, was headed south on County Road 2 in St. Wendel when he hit a field approach and the car rolled over onto its roof.

Viehauser says that he was attempting to avoid a deer, however alcohol is expected to be a factor in the crash.
