A 54-year-old man is wounded after being stabbed on St. Cloud’s east side. It happened Tuesday afternoon at an apartment near the intersection of University Drive and Sherburne Drive. Police say 52-year-old Robert Moss of St. Cloud had a physical altercation with an acquaintance, 54-year-old Samuel Thomas of St. Cloud. After the fight, police say Moss got a fillet knife and stabbed Thomas twice. The St. Cloud Police Department says the knife did not pierce any vital organs and Thomas is expected to be released from the hospital Thursday. Moss was taken to the Sherburne County Jail where he faces assault charges.
