Saint Cloud Police arrested a 19-year-old man for driving a reported stolen vehicle. On Friday at about 11:00 pm officers were patrolling in the area of 1st Street North and 5th Avenue North whenthey saw the stolen vehicle. Police say it was being driven by 19-year-old Andrew Barnett of Saint Cloud. Barnett was arrested on the charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving after revocation, and possession of a small amount of suspected marijuana. He is being held for court in the Stearns County Jail.
