A St. Cloud man is in Benton County Jail facing first degree criminal damage charges after allegedly smashing a 50 inch Plasma TV at Target East. Police say 40 year old Jorge Orzornia, walked into the Target, grabbed a bat off the shelf and proceeded to smash the $1,229 TV shortly after noon on Sunday. The management said he approached them and stated he wanted to get into trouble.
