Three central Minnesota men are in jail for allegedly assaulting two people. It happened Sunday in St. Cloud, at around 3:00 am, in a parking lot on the 3300 block of 3rd Street North. When St. Cloud Police arrived, they saw the three suspects, all men in their 20’s, attempting to get away. Police say the three men assaulted a 21-year-old person from Cold Spring with a beer bottle. That victim was taken to the hospital via ambulance. Then, police say, the three men assaulted a 38-year-old person from St. Cloud for trying to call the police. That victim did not require medical treatment.

Arrested were 26-year-old Ivan Duran Garcia of Murdock, 20-year-old Jose Patrocinio Ramirez-Hernandez of Sartell, and 22-year-old Adrian Duran Garcia, also of Sartell. They are being held for court in the Stearns County Jail.
