Three teenagers were arrested in connection with four reports of theft in Foley. On October 29th the Benton County Sheriff’s Office took four reports of thefts from cars. Police say a suspect had left his cell phone in one of the cars. Deputies used the information on the phone to reveal that one of the suspects was a 17-year-old man from Clear Lake, who was found and questioned. Further investigation led to the arrests of 18-year-old William Gillham of Clear Lake and 19-year-old Dylan Kelley of St. Cloud. All three suspects are awaiting theft charges.
