St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis is holding a Town Hall Meeting Friday at the Fair Trade Café located in the St. Cloud Library. The meeting will take place at 10 a.m. at 1300 W. St Germain Street, and the public is encouraged to attend and discuss city issues.
