St. Cloud residents who would like to discuss city issues and concerns with Mayor Dave Kleis are encouraged to attend a Town Hall Meeting on Tuesday. The meeting will take place at 11:30 in the morning at Panera Bread, located at 2801 West Division Street, and the public is encouraged to attend.
