Twelve people were arrested in the 1100 block of 13th Street South on Friday shortly after midnight after complaints of a loud party. The St. Cloud Police arrived at the scene and found that multiple people inside the residence were under 21-years-of-age and drinking alcohol. The people inside did not leave the residence and no one came to the door when police arrived.

The St. Cloud Police obtained a search warrant and arrested the resident, 19-year-old Karissa Jean Schlegel, for social host ordinance violation, underage consumption, and the city noise ordinance violation. The 11 other people were charged and arrested for underage consumption, and failure to leave a loud party. Everyone was transported to the Stearns County Jail.
