St. Cloud Police Officers were called to the 1700 block of Seventh Avenue South in response to a juvenile problem. Upon arriving at the scene, officers located the twelve-year-old damaging property. Police were attempting to restrain the boy for his own safety, when he kicked one officer in the knee causing minor injury. 

The boy was then taken into police custody, and transferred to a secure juvenile detention facility.
