St. Cloud Police were called Saturday afternoon to the 3900 block of 2nd Street South for a break-in to a motor vehicle in progress.

According to the police report, witnesses saw a man smash a car window and damage the door in a parking lot. The suspect then fled with a woman in a black SUV without taking anything.

Two suspects, 27-year-old Ora Bowen and 19-year-old Tasha Zimmercliff both of St. Joseph were arrested shortly before 2:30 p.m.

Both suspects were taken to the Stearns County Jail and held on felony criminal damage to property and other charges.
