A two-car accident occurred just after 6 a.m. Thursday on Highway 10 and St. Germain Street East in St. Cloud. According to the police report, an SUV driven by 24-year-old Sarah Elizabeth Belknap of St. Cloud struck another vehicle driven by 26-year-old Danielle Christiansen of St. Cloud. Christiansen was crossing East St. Germain on the frontage road when Belknap, who was making a right turn onto St. Germain, struck her.

Belknap complained of minor back pain, but refused medical attention. Christiansen was cited for no proof of insurance and inattentive driving.
