A 14-year-old St. Cloud girl is hurt after a two car crash on Highway 15 and West Division Street on Sunday. Investigators say a car driven by Judith Nixon Hook, a 68-year old resident of St. Cloud, was merging Southbound on Highway 15 onto Westbound West Division Street. A second car driven by Heather Lynette Hoeper, a 37- year old resident of St. Cloud, was merging behind Hook. Police say Hoeper turned to watch traffic believing Hook was still merging when she had really stopped. That’s when police say Hoeper rear ended Hook. A passenger in Hook’s car, a 14-year old girl also from St. Cloud, was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital to be treated for non life threatening injuries. Hoeper was cited for inattentive driving.
