Waite Park Police have just released information about an assault that happened last Saturday.  Police found a man with facial injuries at the two hundred block of 2nd Avenue South late Saturday, October 8.  A police investigation revealed that the victim and another man were walking when they were approached and assaulted by multiple black men.

One of the victims was able to get away from the scene while the other, a 32-year-old St. Cloud resident,  was taken to the St. Cloud hospital to be treated for non life threatening injuries. Anyone with information is asked to call the Waite Park Police at (320) 251-3281.
