Two people were arrested early this (Thursday) morning when St. Cloud Police responded to a domestic assault complaint at the corner of 7th and 9th Avenue South. When officers arrived on the scene they found a man and woman who both said they were victims of domestic assault. Police say both had visible injuries and were arrested. The man, identified as 31 year old Eddie Dancel Brown, Junior, of St. Cloud, was taken to the Stearns County Jail where he is being held for court, on charges of felony domestic assault by strangulation. The woman, 26 year old Johnell Victoria McIntyde, of St. Cloud, was also taken to the Stearns County Jail to be held for court, on charges of misdemeanor domestic assault.
