Waite Park officers have identified and arrested two suspects in an aggravated robbery case from Saturday.

The Waite Park Police Department says that Abdigani Billow, age 19 from Waite Park, as well as another 17-year-old juvenile suspect, were arrested after they allegedly stole a phone and jumped a man.

The victim reported allowing one of the men to use his phone, who then gave the phone to a second man who got on a bike and left with the phone. When the victim tried to run after the bike, he was jumped by a group of men and was knocked to the ground and punched in the head.

Both suspects were taken to the Stearns County Jail.
