St. Cloud Police went to the intersection of 18th Avenue and West Division Street to respond to a three car crash that left a young passenger injured. When they arrived at the scene police learned 24-year-old Devin Robert Rosenow of South Haven was driving east in the left hand lane on Highway 23. Police say Rosenow tried to brake but missed the pedal and hit the car in front of him driven by 33-year-old Malli Marie Funk of St. Cloud. Funk’s car was then pushed into a third car driven by a 68-year-old Isanti woman. A young passenger in Funk’s car was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital to be treated for minor injuries. Rosenow was cited for tailgating.
