Find that film producer within and get a chance to win cash. Submissions for the eighth annual Shoestring Film Fest are due Thursday at 4:00 pm. The free short-film contest is open to all St. Cloud State, St. Cloud Tech, and Community College students. Students compete for cash prizes by working in teams of three or more to create three to five minute digital films about anything they choose. Entry to the contest is free. Entry forms are available at the St. Cloud State Computer Store, in the basement of the Miller Center, and online.
