MANVEL, N.D. (AP) – A Minnesota man has died after becoming trapped under the front of a concrete grinder he was operating on a northeastern North Dakota highway.

Authorities have identified the Minnesota man as 58-year-old Otis Gohman, of Clear Lake, Minn.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration will be investigating.
