Drivers on Highway 23 near Foley may experience delays through Friday. The Minnesota Department of Transportation says motorists traveling west of Foley will encounter work crews as a short segment of Highway 23 between 95th Avenue and 85th Avenue is reduced to a single lane at 7:00 a.m. Crews are repairing an area that has washed out beneath the roadway surface.

All lanes are expected to re-open by Friday.

Motorists are advised to slow down, be prepared to stop and navigate the work zone with care as crews complete their work.
