Two people were injured after their vehicle struck a power line and a tree early Sunday. Stearns County Deputies were called to the crash on County Road 12 near the intersection of County Road 195 in St. Martin just after 3 a.m.

The driver of the vehicle, 36-year-old Mark Mathias Thelen and 33-year-old passenger Lucy Jo Thelen of St. Martin were taken to the Paynesville Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Officials believe alcohol was involved and charges are possible. Stearns Deputies are currently investigating the accident.
