Officers of the St. Cloud Police Department responded to a call on the 400 block of Eighth Street South in St. Cloud Saturday night. Upon arrival, three victims claimed a vehicle with three suspects drove past them with one suspect who leaned out of the vehicle and attempted to strike all three with a metal pipe.

After police located the vehicle, 21-year-old Jeremy Pallister of St. Cloud and 20-year-old Matthew Dehncke of Paynesville were both arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing legal process. The third suspect, a 17-year-old juvenile male was not located and is being charged with second-degree assault, fleeing police by foot and disorderly conduct. Both Pallister and Dehncke were released.
