Waite Park police officers have arrested a man on charges of 2^nd Degree Assault after he pointed a gun at another man.

The Waite Park Police Department says that 57-year-old Michael Krebs of Waite Park pointed a gun at another man after they had a disagreement over the sale of his sons’ truck.

The man tried to return the truck to the seller and get his money back after the truck stalled, but, when he returned, he was confronted by the seller and Krebs.

Krebs is currently being held in the Stearns County Jail.
