Waite Park Police are looking for the man they say tried to rob someone in the parking lot of Casey’s General Store. It happened at around 11:30 Wednesday night on 10th Avenue South. Police say the man displayed a small gun then ran away after the attempted robbery. No one was hurt. The suspect described as a thin black man in his early 20’s between 6’0" and 6’2". He was wearing a red bandana over his face, gloves and a black hoodie at the time of the incident. Anyone with information is asked to call Waite Park Police at (320) 251-3281.
