The 49th Winter Institute will take place on March 3rd. The events will be held in SCSU’s Atwood Memorial Center, and the Ritsche Auditorium. The Winter Institute invites the local community to learn more about “the jobless recession” and take part in different economic discussions. The four economists that will be speaking at the Winter Institute include James J. Heckman, Narayana Kocherlakota, Julie Hotchkiss, and Terry J. Fitzgerald.
