On Thursday night the St. Cloud Police and Fire Departments along Gold Cross ambulance were called to a business for a reported medical call.

At 8:25 p.m. near 5th Avenue South and St. Germain Street West intersection, the Fire Department asked for police assistance because an alleged intoxicated female was uncooperative at the scene. 35-year-old Ashly Ann Madson of St. Cloud refused to leave the business and was escorted out by officers. Madson was going to be taken to Detox  however as she was being placed into a squad car she kicked at officers and attempted to bite them.

She was booked into the Stearns County Jail on charges of 4th degree assault and disorderly conduct.
