A 33-year-old woman is facing sexual assault charges of a 17-year-old teenage boy at a St. Cloud Group Home.  Police arrested Marlo Melissa Evans, an employee of the Sheriff’s Youth Program Group Home after a report of a sexual assault.  

Evans allegedly was involved in a sexual relationship with a boy who is a resident at the home. The boy was 17 years old when police say the relationship started last November. The police investigation found there had been sexual contact between Evans and the teen. 

She was taken to the Stearns County Jail on pending charges of third degree criminal sexual conduct charges.  If Evans is found guilty, Minnesota state statute says she faces a prison sentence up to 15 years a fine of not more than 30-thousand dollars, or both.
