Thursday morning officers responded to an incident where a twenty-year-old woman had fallen out of a window onto the sidewalk twenty feet below. Witnesses say it looked like the woman was trying to get a cat off the ledge when she fell to the sidewalk. Police, along with paramedics, and St. Cloud Fire, provided medical attention. The victim was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police say she was intoxicated at the time of the incident.
