St. Cloud Police were called to a car accident at 8th Street North and 37th Avenue North just before 8 a.m. Wednesday. A police investigation found that a vehicle driven by 48-year-old Carol Virginia Winkelman of St. Cloud had stopped in traffic before being rear-ended by another vehicle driven by 43-year-old Charles Forstner Reichensperger of St. Cloud.

Winkelman was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital for non life threatening injuries while Reichensperger was issued a citation for inattentive driving.
