A 50-year-old Waite Park woman is facing burglary and assault charges for allegedly forcing her way into another woman’s home.  St. Cloud police were called to the 200 block of Osseo Avenue North just before 7:00 p.m. Wednesday night. After a brief investigation, they arrested Noreen Marie McGrath who was found outside the victim’s residence.

The 54-year-old victim told police McGrath forced her way into her home and began assaulting her. She received minor injuries and refused medical treatment.  McGrath was taken to the Stearns County jail on first-degree burglary and 5th degree assault charges.
