St. Cloud Police are looking for a man who robbed a 21-year-old Chaska woman early Sunday morning. It happened on the 900 block of 5th Avenue South near the campus of Saint Cloud State. Police say the woman was walking home alone from the bars when she was approached by the suspect, who pulled a silver handgun out of his sweatshirt and demanded the woman hand over her purse and cell phone. Police say the woman obliged and the suspect took off with her belongings. The victim was not injured in the incident.

The suspect is described as a black man, approximately 5’7” tall, wearing a black baseball cap, black sweatshirt, and blue jeans. Anyone who witnessed the incident, or has any information regarding the identity of the suspect is asked to call St. Cloud Police at 320-251-1200.
