St. Cloud Police were called to an apartment complex in the 300 block of 5th Avenue South for a stolen car complaint. When officers arrived they learned that the victim, a 23-year-old St. Cloud woman, watched her car get stolen from the parking lot.

The thief was identified as 22-year-old Corey St. James Tell of St. Cloud who hit three other cars before he drove away with the victim’s car.After a short chase, Tell was arrested and taken to the Stearns County Jail where he is being held on charges of car theft, fleeing the police, three counts of hit and run and driving without a license.
