A panel of experts will delve into the topic of women and human rights in this week’s Women on Wednesday presentation at St. Cloud State. Panelists will discuss an international treaty in support of women’s rights that was created in the 1970’s. The treaty has been signed by a vast majority of countries, but not by the United States. Panelists will include political science professor Linda Butenhoff, women’s studies professor Mumbi Mwangi, and anthropology professor Emily Schultz. The free event will be held Wednesday at noon in the Atwood Theater.
