03/05/2013 - 10:45 AM
The snow that has been steadily falling on the St. Cloud area since Monday morning is expected to wrap up by midday. St. Cloud State University Meteorology Professor Bob Weisman says the snow will stop falling here, however south east Minnesota could see snow for much of the afternoon.
According to Weisman, the St. Cloud area could see snow totals between six and eight inches. He measured 7.7 inches at St. Cloud State this morning.
St. Cloud declared a snow emergency that will be in effect until Friday, unless conditions improve quickly. During a Snow Emergency parking rules will be enforced and illegally parked cars will be towed starting tonight at Midnight.
Weisman's complete forecast can be found here.
