KVSC-FM prides itself in offering an eclectic blend of progressive rock (indie rock, punk rock, classic rock and beyond), jazz, folk, hip-hop, reggae, world, blues, Minnesota music and much more. KVSC has a wide variety of news programming which includes coverage of St. Cloud State University and local stories produced by the award-winning KVSC News Department. KVSC also fills its news programming with state, national and international news pulled from the Associated Press as well as many specialty programs such as Earth and Sky, MN90, Making Contact and National Native News.Your Sound Alternative also has extensive sports coverage of SCSU Husky Athletics. KVSC is your source for what's happening in local arts and culture. The Arts and Culture Collage is a daily round-up of art-related events happening around central Minnesota. KVSC is also happy to give out guest passes to Minnesota concerts several times throughout the day. Keep checking the Win Concert Tickets page for updates on shows we are promoting on the air.
