Last year, KVSC brought Trivia Weekend to new audiences in southern Minnesota with syndication to stations in Mankato (KMSU) and Austin (KMSK) along with translators in Albert Lea and Fairmont. This year two additional listening areas are included on this list: Thief River Falls, Minn. on Pioneer 90.1FM KSRQ and, for the first time, Trivia Weekend is broadcasting live in Madison, Wis. in a partnership with WSUM 91.7FM – The Snake on the Lake. Now in its 31st year, Trivia Weekend is simulcast live throughout much of the State of Minnesota and is now reaching out to other states in expanded coverage.

KVSC is seeking volunteers and teams for this unique Minnesota event. Each year, hundreds of volunteers are needed to assist with the phone bank hotlines for over 70 competing teams. Our volunteers are treated to delicious catered meals from supporting local restaurants and those who volunteer for 15 hours or more receive a free T-shirt.

Team registration for the event is now open. Teams to come by the station during business hours (9-5 p.m. weekdays) to register.  This year, Trivia Weekend has a $45 registration fee and includes special edition Trivia in 3D glasses.

Trivia in 3D takes place February 12-14.  Teams may register until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, February 12.
