Muggsy Lauer’s Musical Story Gets Stripped Down

As the song goes, music makes the world go ‘round, and in today’s installment of the Untold Stories of Central Minnesota, Arts & Cultural Heritage Producer Jeff Carmack talks with two of the more influential musicians in our area who provide the momentum for our central Minnesota groove.

Muggsy Lauer and George Maurer were preparing for their “Stripped Down” concert at the Pioneer Place Theater, a new series of deep listening hosted by George Maurer, when Jeff got the chance to talk to them about music and how musicians are important in the process of building community.

This program is funded in part by the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Legacy Grant.
