The Untold Story of Ebenezer’s Dry-Goods & Pharmaceuticals with Anthony Schrock and Katy Boyer
In today’s Untold Story of Central Minnesota, Arts & Cultural Heritage Producer Jeff Carmack talks with Anthony Schrock and Katy Boyer from the Central Minnesota Theatre Company about Anthony’s original play “Ebenezer’s Dry-Goods & Pharmaceuticals.” This reimagining of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol follows Mary Ebenezer as she is visited by a litany of ghosts intent upon teaching her a lesson, but unlike the classic story, this production replaces greed with addiction. There is a content warning for today’s Untold Story due to discussions about addiction, recovery, and meeting people where they’re at.
