Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak made a stop in Saint Cloud Tuesday for his Gubernatorial campaign. Rybak visited Saint Cloud State University’s Atwood Memorial Center on Tuesday at 11am. With this, Rybak is officially kicking off his campaign for Governor of Minnesota with this three-day statewide tour, stopping in several Minnesota communities.
