A disorderly conduct arrest leads to a drug possession charge early Friday morning in St. Cloud. It happened at about 5:00 on the 1300 block of 13th Street North, near St. Cloud Technical and Community College. Police say 21-year-old Stephen Neil Breitzman of St. Cloud was throwing furniture around. Police arrested him for disorderly conduct. While en route to the Stearns County Jail, police say, they found cocaine in Breitzman’s possession. He’s being held in jail and faces charges of disorderly conduct and drug possession.
