“National Night Out in the City of St. Cloud” is set for Tuesday.

In the 28th Annual National Night Out, neighborhoods throughout St. Cloud will join communities nationwide to create crime and drug awareness, generate support in local anti-crime efforts and strengthen police-community partnerships.

From 6-10 p.m. Tuesday, residents throughout St. Cloud and across the nation are asked to lock their doors, turn on outside lights and spend the evening with neighbors and police. Many neighborhoods throughout St. Cloud are hosting special events such as block parties and cookouts for the event
